  • Personal Information: Name, father’s name, mother’s name, spouse’s name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
  • Identity & KYC Documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, and photograph.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, salary slips, income tax returns (ITR), Form 16, and bank statements.
  • Employment Details: Employer name, office address, official email ID, and tenure of employment.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device ID, operating system, and geolocation data to prevent fraud.
Note on Biometrics: We do not store biometric data. Any biometric authentication required for KYC is handled directly by authorized agencies in compliance with UIDAI and RBI guidelines.

3. USE OF INFORMATION

  • To verify Your identity and determine Your eligibility for financial products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, LRD, etc.).

4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

a) With Financial Partners: As a Corporate DSA, our core service is connecting You with lenders. You explicitly consent to Us sharing Your data with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to process Your loan application.

b) With Service Providers: We may share limited data with third-party vendors for services such as document verification, SMS delivery, and customer support management.

c) Legal Requirements: We may disclose Your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

a) All personal data is stored on secure servers located within India, in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) data localization norms.

b) We retain Your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal/regulatory retention requirements.

However, please note that revoking consent may result in the termination of our services to You, as we cannot process loan applications without this data.

10. JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
